MD-Find is a similarity search engine for molecular dynamics (MD) simulation files of protein data. The engine indexes thousands of simulation files harvested from public repositories (Zenodo, OSF, mdposit.mddbr.eu, ATLAS, mdrepo) and returns the most semantically similar trajectories / structures found in the indexed data.
